Refund and Returns Policy

At NexusRapic, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality furniture that meets their needs and expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand the conditions under which you can return or exchange your products.
1. Returns
We accept returns for most items purchased from NexusRapic within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1.1 Condition of Items
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. If the product has been assembled or used, it may not be eligible for return unless it is defective.
1.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@nexusrapic.com or call (912) 882-0743. Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization if necessary.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note the following:
2.1 Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
2.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Custom or personalized furniture
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
If your item is non-refundable, you will be notified at the time of purchase or during the return process.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is priced differently, we will issue a refund or charge the difference, as applicable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
4.1 Damage During Shipping
If your item is damaged during shipping, NexusRapic will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund. Please report any shipping damage within 5 days of receiving your order.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer service team. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will need to be returned for a refund.
6. Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). If you are returning an item, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or error.
